An unboxing video of the Nike Air Force 1 X ACRONYM sneaker which was part of the Air Force 100 pack that dropped in December 2017.

Started in Munich in the year 1994 by Errolson Hugh and Michaela Sachenbacher as a design agency with a focus on functional apparel. ACRONYM has come to be known for their highly-innovative apparel designs. Owing to their high quality of output Nike commissioned Errolson to reintroduce the ACG (All Condition Gear) line of Sportswear, drawing inspiration from ACRONYM templates.
Nike celebrated 35 years of their iconic Air Force 1 sneaker by releasing a pack called the Air Force 100. This pack featured collaborations that took on the apt triple white colorway of the Air Force 1. You had Virgil Abloh, Travis Scott, Don C, Kareem “Biggs” Burke and Errolson Hugh of ACRONYM.
The only pair with a Lunarlon sole in the pack, I had my eyes on them ever since the drop was announced. I had no means to get my hands on the ACRONYM AF1 collab that dropped a few years ago that had a shocking pink heel cap. But there was no way I was going to miss out on this pair. As luck would have it, I missed out on the Euro drop (they flew off shelves) and when I was in Dubai for SoleDXB I came really close to scoring a pair but ended up only being able to snag the Rocafella ones.
Fortunately for me though, dear friend Meeta happened to be in America and agreed to be my mule. Much love to her for making this long outstanding dream of mine come true.
The quality of materials used on this sneaker right from the leather to the detailing bits, the perforated tongue, the insole and the heel cup veneering – everything is absolutely phenomenal. This pair of the Nike Air Force 1 Triple White is like art if you think the word beautiful is overrated.
Verdict
Quality of Leather: Outstanding and buttery
Fit: Go down half a size
Comfort: Owing to the Lunarlon sole, this pair is relatively much lighter in weight and also very comfortable
For the look, I teamed the all-white sneaker with a pair of Olive Green M 65 Cargos from the Maharishi Brand. The tee is all-white with a green print of the American Dollar Bill from Supreme, to go with the white/green combo.
