The things I did, food I ate and people I hung out with in Dubai.
I was in Dubai for SoleDXB as part of the Puma India Crew in the first week of December. However rather than return right after the event, I decided to move my return date by 5 additional days. So that way, I could hang out with my buds and take in the sights of the real Dubai.
You see, the last time I visited Dubai was about 5 years ago. And back then it was a quick 4 day trip that was restricted to the “high life” since we were celebrating my bud’s birthday. So the Palm Jumeira and Cirque Night Clubs were what I saw. This time, I saw an entirely new side of Dubai. Or do I say, entirely old side? It’s areas called Bur Dubai and Deira which is where the real Dubai began all those years ago. For my streetwear and sneaker fix, there was the Dubai Mall, Amongst Few Store and Concepts Sneaker Store.
Along the way, we went to some nice coffee shops and ate some good platters, drinking a bunch of Karak.
This is a documentation of the things I did, food I ate and people I hung out with when I visited Dubai.
