Streetwear Fit is a segment that covers style that is functional and can be worn every day, regardless of the situation. You wouldn’t want to be in a “Die Hard” kinda situation and in clothes that don’t let you fight the bad guys?!

In this post, I keep the fit minimal and clean but in a way that takes it from a meeting with clients right to the bar. I don’t always wear shirts, but when I do they almost always are button up oxfords. And while I prefer long sleeved shirts over short sleeves, I prefer keeping them rolled up. The sizing on this Carhartt WIP Oxford Shirt was weird. A size L was too snug and a size XL (which I ended up getting) too huge. I will need to take it to a tailor to fit it a little bit. Maybe when the rains stop in Bombay.
Also, the fact that I prefer wearing shorts regardless of the occassion or situation is frowned upon. Not that I hate wearing proper trousers, but shorts are just me. Add to that the fact that I am fascinated by cargo pockets, which results in almost all my pants and shorts having additional pockets that I stuff all the time. Thank goodness for utilitarianism. Which is why whenever I buy pants, I gravitate to cargos over traditional chinos.
Fortunately for me, I let my work speak rather than my outfit. And if someone hates on my shorts, I let them know it costs more than their rent. Lol. Lil Tay reference right there. I am just kidding, money isn’t everything. It is the only thing. Ok 2 lame ass jokes in one go is even beyond my low standards.
What is your “go-to” outfit for when you want your streak to show but you also want to look all “business”?!
