Streetwear Fit of the day, is a segment dedicated to styling your sneakers and outfit.

In this edition, we take a look at how a basic tee by designer Gosha Rubchinskiy is styled with a pair of cargo pants from Italian brand Stone Island and White Mountaineering‘s collab with adidas Originals on their NMD silhouette. Wrapping things up, as an accessory is the Off White by Virgil Abloh collab with Warby Parker, “Medium” sunglasses. However, we also flipped it over a little bit and threw in a second outfit. For the second look, we kept the Stone Island Cargo Trousers. But I swapped the tee for Supreme and the kicks for the Jordan 1 Royal Blue.

I have slowly changed my wardrobe to incorporate a lot of minimal fits. On most days I am in all black, occasionally throwing in a pop of color. Today’s fit is one such minimal all black look. I have decided to keep things simple with a basic logo tee from Gosha Rubchinskiy and comfy / versatile cargo pants from Stone Island. And in the second look, the Supreme tee has a print but it still is discrete.

I must, however, say that this White Mountaineering collab is perhaps the best NMD in my entire collection. That perhaps is because of the functional tongue and the fact that I only own one other Primeknit NMD in my entire collection. It looks pretty good on feet and the comfort is very close to that on an UltraBoost. The Jordan 1 Royal Blue is very similar to the Bred Jordan 1, and is my favorite silhouette to wear with Jeans / Trousers.

Wrapping my face are some flat lens sunglasses from Warby Parker, made in collaboration with Virgil Abloh of Off White. A very limited release, I sourced these from America thanks to a traveling friend. While I have always been a sucker for RayBan Wayfarers (and you would have seen it in all of my earlier stories), these frames changed my life. I love their fit and the sizing on them. Also, they look so different from everything that is out in the market at present.
