We are in awe of Gaurav Sawn; a fashion and advertising photographer from Mumbai, India. He just did the first ever fashion photo shoot on the Apple iPhone 7 Plus. And the images would have you believe he used a full frame DSLR (at least) to execute this fucking brilliant project.
How often does one get to break the rules? Not quite often I would think. No, not in the criminal sense because an American Presidential candidate is doing that (as well) as you read this. Donald Trump, if you aren’t following politics or memes!
No, I am talking about breaking the norm of expectations with anything that it is you do and doing it so damn well.
Gaurav Sawn did just that!
He executed an entire editorial style Fashion Photoshoot with just an iPhone 7 Plus as his weapon of choice. And the results are here for all to see! I mean, sure, he has done a lot of editorial shoots using a DSLR or a mirrorless camera for that matter. He has worked with brands like Nike, shot Mercedes and for Top Gear magazine. But this, ladies and gents, is setting an entirely new benchmark.
