Here’s a complete unboxing, sizing, and on-feet review from my YouTube channel:
From the 3 colorways that dropped – Urchin (Lilac), Croc (Green), and Stratus (White), it was a really tough call for me to pick one. Whilst my first choice was the Urchin, something about the Croc pair just kept calling out to me. I eventually picked up a second pair, but then a friend of mine took them off me. So I guess, I am back to owning just the Urchin pair.

I am actually looking forward to the subsequent drops of the Salehe Bembury Pollex Clogs. See, this is the first time the entire design of the clog has been changed. In earlier collaborations, there were additions/colors/minor changes made to the overall clog. But since the entire shape of the clogs were changed for the Salehe Bembury collab, I am guessing there’s going to be a continuous drop of different colour ways to justify the cost of making an all-new mould!

The first time I wore the Salehe Bembury Pollex Clogs, I kept my fit in the same colour palette as the Urchin pair. I kept the outfit simple, as I always do, but these were all new pieces. The Kith tee was brought back from the US by a dear friend who was travelling. And the Carhartt WIP Carpenter jeans were a gift from the nice folks at Capsul.
Also, it just makes sense to add Crocs to your rotation especially considering we are in the monsoon season out here in India. And this pair are quite a head-turner, in my experience.
Let me know in the comments what you make of the Salehe Bembury Pollex Clogs. Would you rock a pair? Or are you still anti-Crocs gang? Hahaha.
