Back with an OOTD post. And this time it features a sneaker from Reebok Classic’s The Jetsons & The Flintstones collection.

Inspired by Bedrock’s prehistoric past and Orbit City’s pathways to the future, I had to take a picture that somehow encompassed both these ideas to a certain extent. Which is why I took this shot in a gas station. Because, cars run on fossil fuels which are remains of Dinosaurs. And from the perspective of Dinosaurs, we are in the future. Make sense? Ah well, I tried to. Haha.

For my outfit, I tried my best to replicate the colour scheme on Fred Flintstones outfit. Also, seeing that the Reebok Classic Club C 85 is themed on Wilma (Fred Flintstones’ wife) I figured it’s best to have the couple represented. Lol. However, if there’s one thing I am dissapointed about, is the missed opportunity of having elements of both shows on every pair. The only place I see that happen is with the box. Like, I got a Flinstones pair in a Jetsons box. Considering the collection is based of the 1987 Hanna-Babera’s TV Film – The Jestons Meet The Flintstones, a collection with both the past, and the future elements would’ve been quite interesting in my opinion.

The entire range of the Reebok X The Jetsons And The Flintstones’ collection is kinda cool. There’s an Instapump, a Zig, also a Classic Leather, all based off characters from both these shows.
