The Autumn Winter 2015 Trend Report with GQ India.
Regardless of where you live in India (ok perhaps that is an exaggeration) winter is the season we yearn for. That is when you bring out the jackets, coats and layer up to hide all that fat you piled on over the months. To hell with that gym membership or those spotless running shoes stowed away.
Ever since I moved to Bangalore, I have gone berserk buying myself jackets in the anticipation of Winter. Well, so far no luck. Unless I step out before the crack of dawn or really late into the night. That won’t stop me from running sky high credit card bills anyway! Life is too short like that. I love layers, I feel there is just so much you can do when the weather permits it. Humid cities with too much sun leave us with little choice but for crew neck tees and shorts.
GQ India did a trend report in their September 2015 issue, from which I drew some inspiration and pieced together a couple of looks from my wardrobe. The trend report had prints, all grey ensemble, accessories and the works. Some of these pieces of mine have never seen the light of day before this shoot. Some of them, might stay in my wardrobe unless I move to Scandinavia!
